Career Support Services is a consultancy that provides specific coaching support in areas of career development and job-search.
Individuals use the service to find a new job, perform better at work, achieve a more satisfying work-life balance or just to clarify and set the direction of their career. Typically, Career Support Services programmes merge personal and professional development to tackle either performance or job satisfaction issues that arise in the workplace.
Organisations use the service to support employees at times of change. Often called outplacement or transition support, Career Support Services assists at times of redundancy for those leaving the organisation. Career Support Services also supports individuals that remain in the organisation after change, helping them adapt to increased stress or develop strategies for coping with the changes that have taken place.
Career Support Services provides bespoke training programmes for groups and organisations in areas such as developing coaching relationships, enabling career conversations and performance appraisal.
Peter Tate
I’ve worked delivering meals in a psychiatric hospital, long 12 hour shifts. I have been part of exciting and some not-so-exciting software development teams, working around the clock and around the world. I’ve been a technical director for an Internet business working through insolvency to reach its potential.
And now I focus on equipping people to experience and enjoy their own Career Journey.
